DTF is a method of printing dtf ink on DTF film, spreading glue powder, shaking off the excess dtf powder, and then heating and curing the oven to cure at high temperature. During heating, a large amount of oil smoke will be generated and fill the room. Smoke needs to be removed, eliminated, or filtered to become colorless and odorless air.
Dy-JS100 is such a smoking filter with good filtering effect, long service life and wide application range. 2 or 4 heads DTF printing machine with i3200 or 4720 are suitable.

 

Oil and smoke separation Principle

Oil and smoke are filtered through multi-stage cooling, in which the oil cools and flows downward and is discharged from the oil vent; the remaining smoke rises and is cooled and filtered by the filter element step by step, and is then discharged from the top vent without color or odor.
